La question fondamentale que vous devez vous poser si vous envisagez de faciliter l’EPICC est de savoir si vous \u00eates capable de faire en sorte que l’apprentissage concerne les apprenants et non pas vous ! Dans de nombreux programmes, un instructeur se tient debout et dit aux \u00e9tudiants ce qu’ils savent. EPICC est tout le contraire… la comp\u00e9tence consiste \u00e0 faire ressortir ce que les groupes savent et \u00e0 faciliter les conversations entre les \u00e9tudiants. Bien s\u00fbr, il y a un peu d’enseignement, mais seulement lorsque la conversation des apprenants s’arr\u00eate !
